Real Estate Software Provider eBrokerHouse Reaches $1B Milestone

Las Vegas-based real estate software firm ""eBrokerHouse"":http://www.ebrokerhouse.com/ has announced that its users have closed over $1 billion in traditional, REO, and short sale transactions since the company ""launched its Web-based management software"":http://dsnews.comarticles/new-software-unveiled-for-foreclosure-agents-2009-11-05 just 16 months ago.

The company's president, Thomas Moore, credits the ability of their software to manage all types of listings, buyers, and virtually every aspect of an agent's business as a main reason why eBrokerHouse hit the $1 billion milestone so quickly.

""Our users find that our system is robust but they enjoy that we make managing their entire business easy to do,"" Moore said. ""There is no aspect or niche of an agent's business that can't be made to run more efficiently by using our software.""

Moore also points to the system's ease of use and grassroots promotion by ""satisfied customers"" as other key factors in the company's rapid growth. He says his company does virtually no advertising, but relies on recommendations and referrals from users.

eBrokerHouse boasts that they cultivate a family atmosphere where their clients feel comfortable expressing their ideas and feedback. In fact, Moore routinely answers customer support calls and replies to user emails himself. He says he has spoken with or personally emailed the majority of their users.

Dawn Penrod of D&D Realty Group in Houston, Texas, commented, ""The one feature that eBrokerHouse has that no other company has come close to competing with is the personalized service and attention you get when you have an idea for improvements or need help with something.""

eBrokerHouse offers solutions for both individual agents and also for entire offices to run the businesses more efficiently. With the current market overwhelmed by foreclosures, the company says it has attracted a large volume of users that serve the REO and short sale niche.

Moore said, ""We have always wanted to make eBrokerHouse a one stop shop for our users. There are very few agents that do 100 percent REO or 100 percent short sale transactions, so we wanted to make sure our users only needed one management system for their entire business.""

According to Moore, arguably one of the platform's most popular features is the proprietary offer submission and acceptance system. This feature allows agents to receive offers directly into their eBrokerHouse account from a link they can place in their MLS or on their Web site. Buyer's agents upload their offers online and the offer can be managed and amended by both parties throughout the offer process.

Kyle Whissel of Whissel Realty in San Diego, California, says he ""couldn't imagine going back to receiving offers via email and fax,"" after using the eBrokerHouse submission and acceptance feature.

eBrokerHouse also, recently ventured into the ""virtual brokerage software market"":http://dsnews.comarticles/ebrokerhouse-introduces-virtual-real-estate-office-2010-08-03 as well, launching their EBH Office Solution that will allow entire offices to come on board at one time, give each agent their own eBrokerHouse account, and allow for full connectivity between the agents and their office.

Regarding what the next 16 months looks like for eBrokerHouse, Moore said, ""We have learned a lot and have grown a lot as a company in our first 16 months in business. We have some great minds working on some great things at eBrokerHouse. Our goal has always been to create solutions that make the lives of real estate professionals easier.""
