Mesa Law Group Enhances Loan Mod Program with New Reporting Tool

""Mesa Law Group"":http://www.mesalawgroup.com, a Costa Mesa, California-based law firm with specialty financial services, recently announced the addition of a REST Report to its Loan Modification Preparation Program (LMPP).

The new reporting tool will aid clients in the loan modification process without the high cost of direct representation.

Launched last spring in response to increasing demand for bankruptcies, loan modifications, and foreclosure relief, the LMPP was created by Mesa Law Group to assist in modifying loans with lenders. According to Mesa Law Group, LMPP allows homeowners to organize finances and navigate the demands of their lenders.

""Homeowners may have only one shot for a successful modification, yet most working on their own to directly modify a loan will fail - often for minor reasons,"" said Tazwell Randall, VP of client relations at Mesa Law Group.

Randall added, ""Our program increases the likelihood of success and is a cost-conscious option for anyone struggling with a tough mortgage and in danger of foreclosure. The program helps those who are current and looking for new loan terms under government guidelines with the knowledge and organization of a legal firm backing them.""

With the addition of the REST reporting software, homeowners can now discern whether it is in their financial best interest to modify their loans or if they meet the requirements of the government's Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP).

A statement from Mesa Law Group explains that the report also provides a property's net present value (NPV), which can help prove the case for other options like short sales.

While it is not necessary for a third party to arrange a loan modification or resolution with lenders, the firm explains that the LMPP takes into account what lenders look for, identifies conditions that must be collected, prepares required documents, and proposes terms for those wishing to contact their lenders directly.

""With the addition of the REST Report, now Mesa Law Group's customers can pursue a successful modification directly at a fraction of the cost,"" Randall said.
