Equator Introduces Solution for Invoice Tracking and Approval

In an effort to simplify the invoicing process and expedite reimbursements for the servicing industry, ""Equator"":http://www.equator.com, a default servicing solutions provider based in Los Angeles, has created an invoice tracking system called EQ Invoice Module.

According to a statement from the company, the system streamlines the approval process by allowing servicers to configure different rules per portfolio and communicate with agents and vendors online.

Invoice Module's workflow instructs users on which actions to take and when to fulfill each task. Automated workflow decisions are based on duplication, frequency, and dollar amounts of claims, enabling custom rule sets to be established for each portfolio. The systems can quickly identify invoices that should be rejected and addressed on an individual basis.

Users of this new system can also set auto-approval thresholds to immediately approve invoices that fall within specified parameters. Agents and vendors can submit and track invoices, resulting in faster approvals and payments, according to Equator.

""The Equator platform has allowed agents and vendors to submit expenses for years,"" said Chris Saitta, Equator CEO. ""Now, rather than pass expenses to other systems, they can easily be reviewed and approved right in Equator. This streamlines approvals and makes the expense data readily available for strategy decisions.""

All existing Equator clients have access to the EQ Invoice Module.
