Centier Bank Connects Customers and Employees to MortgageKeeper

""Centier Bank"":http://www.Centier.com is working with ""MortgageKeeper Referral Services"":http://www.MortgageKeeper.com to connect the bank's customers and employees to vetted, local community resources that can assist with financial hardships.

[IMAGE] Current subscribers to MorgageKeeper's nationwide database connect their customers to more than 100,000 resources every month, giving them access to services like job training, utility payment assistance, food banks, and prescription drug subsidies. MortgageKeeper stresses that borrowers with access to such local resources have additional opportunities to cure default, benefiting the homeowner, servicer, and investor.

""Centier Bank is excited to be the first bank in Indiana to feature this service,"" said Mike Schrage, president

Centier Bank's customer service representatives, bank employees, and bank customers will have ""Web-based access"":http://www.Centier.com/mortgagekeeper to MortgageKeeper's nationwide database of more than 7,000 nonprofit and government services. Centier is utilizing both the MKDesktop and MKDirect products from MortgageKeeper. MK applications allow the user to type in a ZIP code and choose from 20 service categories to find resources in their area. Centier's customer service reps can also create customized local assistance summaries to help customers reduce their living expenses or find help to get through temporary challenges.

""This is the first time a subscriber has offered our services to their own employees, as well as to their customers,"" said Rochelle Nawrocki Gorey, president of MortgageKeeper. ""With the MK platform, Centier has implemented a strategy that is customer-focused and solution-based. Centier has demonstrated their commitment to helping their customers and their employees find answers to financial hardships.""

MortgageKeeper's applications power more than 3,500 referrals a day in 160 markets throughout the United States.
