iServe Aligns Servicing and Real Estate Operations

iServe Servicing, Inc., a residential mortgage special servicer of performing, sub-performing, nonperforming, and bank-owned assets, announced Monday that it has integrated its business operations with iServe Real Estate Operations Inc. (iServe REO).

The combined business unit will maintain the ""iServe Servicing"":http://www.iservecompanies.com title and be led by current iServe Servicing CEO Richard Cimino.

The company explained that the integration allows it to offer clients the full spectrum of specialized residential servicing, disposition, and technology services, while enabling seamless collaboration between the servicing and real estate operations.

""As our clients' needs evolved, we recognized the necessity to adjust our business model,"" said Cimino. ""This integral combination will allow iServe Servicing to better serve our customer base by creating a one-stop-shop business with a more robust product offering.""

Cimino went on to explain, ""Our new model is a tremendous advantage for clients who will be able to utilize the full services of two operational businesses under the same roof.""

iServe Servicing is an affiliate of ""National Asset Direct, Inc."":http://www.nationalassetdirect.com/, which supports the acquisition and management efforts of various investment funds in the residential debt and real estate related asset classes.

iServe was established in April of 2007 and began boarding its first loans in late 2007. The company is headquartered in Irving, Texas.
