Mortgage Contracting Services Announces Three New VPs

Todd Luckey was promoted to VP of REO operations, Megan Stinnett was promoted to VP of inspection operations, and Chad Mosley was hired as VP of business development.

Luckey will work on business development and operational activities while providing day-to-day leadership for multiple REO account teams. He joined MCS in 2009 with 20 years of mortgage servicing industry experience. Most recently, he was the company's assistant VP of operations. Prior to MCS, Luckey spent 10 years at GMAC Mortgage as director of REO primary servicing.

Stinnett will manage MCS's inspection portfolio for all clients, as well as a portion of the REO operations. She joined MCS in 2006 and most recently held the position of assistant VP. She was recognized in 2010 as a CMBA Future Leader.

Mosley is an eight-year veteran of the industry, having managed all sides of the mortgage process. As VP of business development, Mosley will be responsible for the company's sales efforts as well as customer relationship maintenance and retention. A former MCS employee, he has also held several positions at Countrywide Home Loans.
