Retreat Capital Extends Property Preservation Services to Clients

Retreat Capital said the addition of property preservation services will allow the company to provide lenders with a single-source location for managing each step in the loss mitigation and portfolio management process.

The new services include inspections; initial securing services, such as lock changes and removal of debris; code violation abatement; ongoing maintenance; and full renovation services, such as paint, flooring, and repairs. These services can be ordered individually or in customized packages and are standardized so lenders can be sure that each property will be handles in a consistent manner.
