[IMAGE]Elmore is the first individual to hold this position at the company and, beyond overseeing MCS' technology department, is responsible for managing all information technology and computer system initiatives that support corporate operational goals.
Most recently, Elmore was IT program director at U.S. Central Command Headquarters, where he led a large group of varied IT professionals as well as assisted in the development of the chief information officer and chief
[COLUMN_BREAK]technology officer positions. He also wrote the company's first comprehensive command IT strategy.
Previously, Elmore was director of corporate IT services for Dynetech Corporation and also assumed the role of senior IT executive, responsible for advancing and executing all technology-related services.
His time prior was spent at Ocwen Federal Bank as the pre-marketing manager. He was in charge of REO pre-marketing analysts and helped support a contract with the Department of Veterans' Affairs, managing the organization's REO portfolio.
Elmore began his career serving in the U.S. Marines for 23 years, 20 years of which were in the technology sector.
He is a Certified Federal CIO as well as Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). He additionally is an active member of both the Society of Information Management (SIM) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
