Real Estate Veteran Named President of Employee Transfer Corporation

Frances Martinez Myers, a real estate and relocation industry veteran, was recently appointed as president of[IMAGE]

2004, ETCREO was created. As Employee Transfer Corporation's national REO management company, ETCREO currently represents several major financial institutions throughout the United States and manages thousands of bank-owned properties across the country.

Myers began her real estate and relocation industry career 35 years ago. Prior to joining Fox & Roach/Trident, she held positions managing broker networks and international business development for PHH/Cendant.

In addition, Myers is a past chairman of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and she was previously a chairperson on the national advisory council of Fannie Mae. She has also served on the board of directors of the National Association of Realtors and on the national advisory council for Bank of America.

In 2005, Myers was named one of Hispanic Business' top 100 most influential Hispanics in the United States. And in 2006, _Philadelphia Business Journal_ named her a Woman of Distinction, and _Realtor Magazine_ named her one of real estate's most influential leaders.
