Williams Title Garners National Expansion

expansion, the company says it is already conducting business in over half a dozen states outside of its former boundaries, including Nebraska, Texas, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.

Williams Title provides services to real estate agents, lenders, mortgage brokers, and REO asset managers. The company specializes in providing title insurance and escrow services on lender-owned REO and is a designated closing agent for HUD, handling all of the agency's closings for the entire state of Colorado.
