Cityside Celebrates 15 Years of Growth with New Online Image

Since then, Cityside has developed into a large-scale, single-source real estate portfolio management services company that serves major markets coast to coast with five field offices throughout the United States.

Company founder Chris Dolloff says from day one, he and his team nurtured their client and vendor relationships, offering personalized service at the local level. Cityside’s field service work on its first contract was quickly recognized by HUD administrators who were outsourcing more and more REO services at the time, leading to scalable growth opportunities in other markets.

From its founding 15 years ago, Cityside's footprint has grown to cover 37 states, managing more than 100,000 properties.

Timed to coincide with the company's 15th anniversary celebration, Cityside also unveiled its new website design at ""CitysideCorp.com"":http://www.citysidecorp.com.

""We operate a high-touch services business with vendors and clients across the country and for many, the Web is how we communicate,"" Dolloff said. ""We need to continually improve our online user experience and our new Web design provides a pleasing, easy-to-navigate site for our clients and vendor partners.""
