Clear Capital Expands Senior Leadership

""Clear Capital"":http://www.clearcapital.com announced Thursday the appointments of Gabriel Nacht as CFO and Brian Wick as VP of marketing.

The California-based company provides the industry with data and solutions for residential and commercial real estate asset valuation and risk assessment. Clear Capital's offerings include appraisals, broker price opinions (BPOs), property condition inspections, value reconciliations, and home data indices.

Nacht brings more than 25 years of finance and operations experience to the company. As CFO, he will direct all accounting, finance, and treasury efforts for Clear Capital. The company says Nacht has a proven track record of building financial and operational infrastructures for

rapid growth which will support Clear Capital's initiatives for expansion.

Prior to joining Clear Capital, Nacht served as the SVP and CFO of Bustos Media, Meridian Project Systems, and Z-Spanish Media. He also held senior positions at Phillips Publishing International and Bank of Boston.

Nacht says what struck him about Clear Capital is the company's ""wherever it leads, whatever it takes"" philosophy and commitment to customer service. ""Many organizations talk about those things - but Clear Capital lives them every day,"" Nacht said.

Wick brings more than 24 years of experience to his role as VP of marketing for Clear Capital. He has held senior leadership positions in marketing at Oracle Corporation, Adobe Systems, and Hewlett-Packard.

Thursday's news comes just weeks after the company announced the appointment of Erik Lundquist to head its commercial valuations team. Lundquist oversees the creation and delivery of Clear Capital's commercial offerings, including commercial BPOs, evaluations, appraisals, and property condition inspections.

Clear Capital says is currently looking to add further to its staff of more than 300. Positions available include: applications developer, graphics designer, quality assurance representative, staff appraiser, storage systems engineer, vendor service representative, ColdFusion developer, and manager of its Roseville operations.
