Field Asset Services Expands Executive Team

Karen Glasgow was hired[IMAGE] as SVP of client operations, Loetta Arrington was promoted to SVP of business development, and Terry Sadowski was appointed chief marketing officer.

A mortgage banking industry veteran with more than 30 years' experience, Glasgow brings expertise in mortgage servicing, project management, vendor management, investor services, and REO preservation and disposition to the company. Glasgow spent 15 years with Lomas & Nettleton. She also worked for the BancBoston Mortgage Company, ServiceLinkFNF, and, most recently, REDC Default Solutions LLC, where she held the REO manager position.

With more than 25 years' experience in mortgage servicing and property management, Arrington was FAS's SVP of client development and client operations for eight years. She is now responsible for expanding FAS's industry partnerships and growing the company's business relationships.

Sadowski brings more than 26 years of marketing and general management experience to FAS. Prior to joining the company, he was managing partner of LGE Execs and held executive positions with NetSolve, Dell, and BellSouth. He also spent more than a decade in brand management for Quaker Oats and the Dial Corporation. In his new role, he is responsible for leading FAS's marketing, sales, and business development operations including branding, marketing communications, and sales and partner activities.
