community relations and Peter Heintz director of capital markets development.
Feickert will focus on developing relationships with the company's network of real estate appraiser, broker, and agent partners and implementing industry-centric initiatives toward servicing client needs. She is a former VP of community, government, and industry relations at IBM's LBPS, formerly Wilshire Credit Corporation.
Heintz will represent Clear Capital in New York as the company's liaison to Wall Street and the capital markets. Prior to Clear Capital, he worked for NewOak Capital as director, head of asset management. He has also led due diligence teams at UBS Investment Bank and the Winter Group. Heintz began his career with the Clayton Group as a due diligence underwriter.
