Mark Oliver, CEO and president of Service 1st said the company hopes to mirror its residential success in the commercial space. Because residential and commercial markets are so different, the company wasn't sure one model would work well for both, but according to Oliver, the Service 1st model does.
The company feels its entrance into the commercial real estate market will help current clients by providing one source for both residential and commercial service needs.
