Sorrento Capital Names Ozonian Board Chairman

Sorrento said he was selected as head of the board, to lead the company's expansion within the homeownership and consumer finance segments because of his expertise in piloting growth among these organizations. As chairman and CEO of Prudential Real Estate Services, Ozonian managed over 500 corporate service relationships, and led the company to achieve over $200 billion in annual property sales volume with over 50,000 sales associates. As CEO of Realtor.com, he built one of the largest consumer-facing web portals within the real estate segment, which now boasts a high volume of site visitors. Ozonian was also the national homeownership executive for Bank of America, where he grew the company's realtor/builder and corporate real estate services businesses into national entities. He is a member of the boards of directors of Tree.com, Global Mobility Solutions, Cyber Cities, BonzoBox.com, and Spinnaker Capital, and is on the advisory boards of Trulia Inc., Environmental Data Resources Inc., and Metropix.
