With12 years' experience, Gould spent the majority of her career at national law firms representing financial institutions in the structuring and closing of mortgage loan transactions for securitization in the capital markets, as well as the acquisition, disposition, restructuring, workout, and foreclosure of loans.
She has unique expertise representing financial institutions and other transaction participants in construction, permanent, acquisition and bridge financings, mezzanine loans, equity funding, syndicated facilities, and other structured finance transactions, including project finance matters.
Prior to joining NewOak Capital, Gould was an attorney with Eckert Seamans in Boston where she concentrated her practice on the representation of banks, investors, hedge funds, investment banking institutions, businesses, developers, landlords, tenants, and individual property owners in all areas of financial and commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, Gould served as outside general counsel to a number of privately held businesses.
