[IMAGE] [COLUMN_BREAK]Through the portal, consumers can access their personal databases, such as the completed mortgage package, a detailed analysis of the flow of mortgage funds, any rebates due to them, and proof of the mortgage recordation, the Rhode Island-based company explained.
The portal is expected to go live next month.
Currently, clients of Linear Title such as lenders, realtors, and servicers, already have online access to data and documents associated with company transactions.
With the new portal, consumers will also be able to check their mortgage transaction and retrieve documents.
