Due to the widespread acceptance of this software, the new site will give users the ability to access online user manuals, cash flow reference manuals, and other training support materials. In addition, the Web site will make it easier for users to provide feedback and will enable MIAC to offer customized content to its clients.
Phase I of the Web site was launched this week, and MIAC is already working on the next phase, which will provide additional multimedia-drive content, including videos, podcasts, and Web-based product demonstrations.
