Connexions allows BPO online ordering and the ability to change BPO vendors instantly.

""As more bank-owned REO properties come onto the market, lenders, servicers, and investors require a system for ordering BPOs that is fast, accurate, and compliant,"" said Jennifer Creech, president of InHouse. ""InHouse offers the only technology platform that empowers lenders, servicers, and investors to make data-driven BPO decisions and appropriately allocate the use of their BPO resources. All of this can be accomplished in real time with the click of a mouse.""

The company's software enables lenders and servicers to geographically target BPO vendors, and it manages specific state credential guidelines for BPOs. There are no upfront integration fees or long-term contracts for companies to order BPOs on the Connexions platform. Users pay a $10 fee per transaction.

Connexions also allows lenders and servicers to configure service level agreements in the system.
