""We've made many aesthetic changes and functionality upgrades â€" all with the aim of continuing to provide home buying opportunities at discounted prices while serving as an integral sales tool for real estate associates and other sellers looking to sell properties in an accelerated timeframe,"" Zeringue said.

He also noted that the company has added a more robust commercial bidding section ""in preparation of the expected rise in commercial property foreclosures.""

Isbell said the new function and design upgrades will not only enhance the user experience for RealtyBid.com customers, but fulfill the company's goals of improving transparency and ease-of-use of its online real estate bidding platform.

Isbell added, ""We have sold tens of thousands of bargain homes through online bidding since we launched RealtyBid.com in 2001, and much of our success is due to the fact that we have put the needs of our customers and clients first.""

The company says its use of technology for the disposition of assets makes real estate transactions less cumbersome and more cost-effective for all parties. RealtyBid.com's clients on the seller side of that equation include some of the nation's largest lenders, builders, and real estate brokerage firms.
