[IMAGE]Genworth offers an extensive slate of training courses through classroom teaching, instructor-led webinars, and videos and recorded webinars that customers can access and complete at their own pace.
[COLUMN_BREAK]Among the courses offered in April, participants can learn how to examine loan documentation to detect fraud; analyze appraisals; underwrite a self-employed borrower; and use the GSEs' automated underwriting systems. Other courses available this year will teach participants how to build their origination business, understand credit reports, process HARP 2.0 refinances, and use social media to enhance their professional brand.
The firm provided training for 26,564 participants in 2012, helping new and seasoned mortgage industry participants stay current on the mortgage and mortgage insurance industries, market conditions, and regulatory environment.
