ATTOM Data Solutions, a national property database, and Auction.com, an online real estate marketplace, announced Tuesday that Home Disclosure Reports created by ATTOM Data will be available for all properties for sale on Auction.com.
“The comprehensive and intuitive Home Disclosure Reports are empowering buyers, investors and sellers navigating Auction.com with crucial information they need to know about a property and its neighborhood before completing an online transaction,” said Rob Barber, CEO of ATTOM Data Solutions.

The Home Disclosure Reports offer property-specific information on more than 42 categories, including data on neighborhoods, local schools, crime, and the environment. ATTOM consolidates information from public records of property ownership, loan position, equity, property taxes, and more.
“The reports synthesize a myriad of data points from hundreds of disparate data sources into an organized and user-friendly format designed to convey the key details to consumers quickly and clearly,” Barber said.
Auction.com began offering Home Disclosure Reports on some properties in a trial period starting in January. Reporting a “positive user experience,” Auction.com has elected to continue offering the reports and make them available on all properties it posts for sale.
