Internet Veteran Jesse Gant Joins RealtyTrac

""RealtyTrac"":http://www.realtytrac.com announced this week the hiring of technology and Internet veteran Jesse Gant. In his role as VP of product and user experience, Gant will lead a team to develop a product plan and vision to drive membership and revenue growth.

Gant brings more than 12 years' experience in the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) spaces with him to his role at RealtyTrac. He has held senior management positions in a diverse group of companies, including Ancestry.com, Omniture, and Buy.com.

He was most recently director of product management and user experience at Teradata, a data warehousing and enterprise analytics company. Prior to Teradata, Gant held a similar position at Move Networks, where he was responsible for developing and integrating online video services and analytics for some of the largest media companies in the world, including ABC, CBS, Fox, ESPN, and Harpocareers.com.

""I am excited to join the RealtyTrac family,"" said Gant, who will spearhead new site initiatives, including social networking capabilities, aimed at improving page views, membership, sales, and retention rates.
