The two reporting controls standards will replace former controls to ensure improved services from MCS. SSAE No. 16 addresses the controls that MCS has implemented to prevent errors or omissions in the information the company provides to its clients. SOC 3 covers the protection of systems against unauthorized access. The examinations, conducted by an independent CPA firm, ensure that MCS' information system reporting adheres to industry best practices.
