Aspen Grove Launches Online REO, Short Sale Listings

Cascade, Maryland-based ""Aspen Grove, Inc."":http://www.aspengrove.net announced the release of its online search portal for REO and short sale property listings on Wednesday. The new tool - ""Aspen iListing"":http://www.AspeniListing.com - can be applied to all properties within the company's iAgent asset management system and is a free additional service for all iAgent users.
""Aspen iAgent"":http://www.aspengrove.net/aspeniagent.html is designed with the real estate agent in mind, to allow them to manage REO properties, from assignment through closing, via a secure, Web-hosted application. With the company's new ""Aspen iListing"":http://www.aspengrove.net/additionalsolutions.html add-on, agents can now also elect to list their properties on a publicly accessible Web site, where buyers can electronically submit offers and agents are immediately notified when an offer is received.
The company explained that URLs of Aspen iListing properties can also be input directly into MLS systems or agents' own Web sites to equip these other sales avenues with full property details. In addition, Aspen Grove said, registered buyers can request to receive emails alerts from iListing when properties are listed that match their search criteria.
According to Sean Ryan, Aspen Grove's CEO, the competition in the REO technology space is heating up with lots of choices for agents. However, Ryan argues, ""Aspen Grove is the only solution provider providing asset management solutions fully integrated to an agent system - Aspen iAgent - which allow the agents to enhance their own management capabilities via their own rules and tasks.""
Ryan went on to explain, ""Through Aspen iListing we are making property listings available with a simple MLS URL link, as well as allowing third parties to search for properties and submit offers directly online. These enhancements and our ongoing development of our services are part of our drive to deliver the best possible agent REO solutions in the marketplace.""
""Aspen Grove"":http://www.aspengrove.net was founded in 1997, providing workflow technology for foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and REO. The company also offers online business management solutions for the default property market, including asset management, appraisals, and broker price opinions (BPOs). In addition, Aspen Grove supplies workflow solutions to the insurance industry in the form of claims processing, invoice and reserve management, and agent management.
