Starting September 1, 2011, servicers will be required to provide a single point of contact to all delinquent borrowers seeking resolution under the program.

eMASON's Clarifire Community Portal provides servicers the technology necessary to meet the requirement.

Clarifire Community Portal delivers business process automation, secure centralized communication, and real-time collaboration, while increasing efficiency and reducing cost.

In addition to assisting servicers in implementing a ""Single Point of Contact,"" servicers can use the application to eliminate dual processing and for escalation and exception management processes.

""Clarifire provides the industry with the Single Point of Contact through a technology platform of reliable centralized communication and work out activities between servicers and borrowers,"" commented Jane Mason, president & CEO of eMASON.

""Innovative technology like Clarifire is the heart of the solution for mortgage finance reform and the single point of contact requirement and provides the industry with secure, interactive, web-based workflow,"" said Mason.

Clarifire Communication Portal has already been adopted by more than 30,000 users.
