""Equator,"":https://www.equator.com/home/ a Los Angeles-based provider of ecommerce, data, and professional services to the default servicing industry, is releasing a new product designed exclusively for real estate agents.

Having served the industry since 2003, Equator's solutions already reach 62 mortgage clients, 25,000 vendors and 800,000 real estate agents.

While agents have been able to use Equator's platform for their distressed properties and short sales, REvolution will allow them to manage all of their properties-REO, short sale, and traditional-through one program.

""This is the first time there's an enterprise-level solution for agents,"" Chris Saitta, CEO of Equator told DSNews.com.

Currently, most agents rely on a variety of software, but REvolution will allow them to manage all their daily tasks through one program.

""This will be a real paradigm shift in how real estate agents work on a daily basis,"" Saitta said.

Agents will be able to delegate tasks and manage correspondences through REvolution. Rather than simply offering a database of contacts, the contact relationship management offered through REvolution will allow agents to associate people with specific roles and properties.

Agents can then set up dashboards for others so they receive updates in real-time.

""One of the core tenants of our company is transparency,"" Saitta said, and the customizable dashboards achieve this goal by allowing vendors and clients to access pertinent information at any time.

In addition to daily tasks and correspondence, REvolution will help agents with their marketing campaigns. They will be able to create fliers and brochures and manage their drip campaigns through the program.

REvolution will also have an image storing system, a calendar, and lead generation tools.

REvolution will be a SaaS program, meaning agents will be able to access it through the Web and will not have to download any software to their computers. Any time an agent logs into the system, they will be able to chat with an Equator expert who will be available to answer any technical questions.

Equator's goal with REvolution is to allow agents to minimize their time in the office and spend more time in the field, Saitta said.

Equator plans to release the new product in the first quarter of 2012.
