eMortgage Logic Offers New Platinum Valuation Report

valuation model (AVM) data, coupled with a detailed reconciliation analysis report completed by a licensed or certified appraiser.

The final product includes both the BPO and the AVM reports, along with a summary of the appraiser's review. Additionally, the report lists multiple listing service (MLS) and public record information for the sales and listing comparables taken into consideration, as well as those properties that were not selected as the most similar comparables.

The company explains that this feature allows clients to compare their property to values beyond just the comps selected by the broker or appraiser.

""We see this as a tool servicers and investors will rely on when making risk based decisions,"" said Mary Jacque Thompson, eMortgage Logic's SVP of operations.

""They will use this when they require the added assurance to demonstrate that their decisions are based on all of the available information, especially when executing a liquidation or acquisition strategy,"" Thompson added.
