the REO cycle, while reducing staffing costs. The property management tool organizes tasks, dates, properties, and closings; maintains communications by all parties involved in a real estate transaction; and provides an audit trail, all while keeping the entire process paperless.

Designed in collaboration with the DispoSolutions closing company user group, DST says its new, flexible _Closing Company_ interface simplifies workflow and provides closing firms with real-time communication, document management, notes, title information, contact lists, escrow directions, and HUD contract sell-side details.

Default Servicing Technologies, located in Glencoe, Illinois, was established in 2006. Founder, James Clark applied over 20 years of national real estate and software consulting experience to design the Web based REO workflow management platform, DispoSolutions, in addition to a valuation management platform, to support clients who manage both regional and national property portfolios.
