The software solution carries the same name as the St. Petersburg, Florida-based company that developed it â€" Property IQ â€" and is designed for use by individual agents or full REO sales offices.
Property IQ allows agents to take control of their inventory, whether it's 10 or 300 properties. It stores each property, property profile, photos, bids, contracts, and
[COLUMN_BREAK]other critical sales information in a centralized web-based system.
In addition, the software keeps a running log of all comments about the property's condition, repairs, liens, and code violations, accompanied with a date and timestamp for every entry.
Because the software is web-based, it can be run on virtually any operating system, including Windows or Mac, and is compatible with all major web browsers.
Property IQ is also accessible from mobile devices â€" a feature that allows agents to capture photos while at the property, and their offices to see the work in real-time.
The company explained that Property IQ was created by REO agents that handle hundreds of properties at a time.
