Maponics' School Boundaries product is the first commercial geographic information systems (GIS) data

""It is a real value-add to be offering Maponics School Boundaries as one of the key datasets in RPR,"" said Marty Frame, RPR President. ""As a tool set aimed at making Realtors more informed, more productive, and more valuable to their clients, schools and related boundaries are an important part of the complete picture we provide through RPR.""

The new product will enable members to view the relationship between properties and public schools in map displays, as well as provide reports and analytics by area.

""As an established data provider to the real estate industry, we appreciate the importance of schools in evaluating properties and especially how [school attendance zones] influence decisions and home values,"" said Mark Friend, Maponics VP of sales and marketing. ""It is gratifying that so many real estate professionals will have direct access to our school boundaries dataset through RPR.""
