Des Plaines, Illinois-based ""VHT"":http://www.vht.com, a provider of visual marketing services for the real estate industry, announced this week that they are now offering ""YouTube"":http://www.youtube.com distribution services with their video property tours. This fully-automated service gives real estate professionals the ability to quickly and easily gain more exposure for their property marketing, VHT said.
Generation X and Generation Y have now become the largest home buying segment, bypassing the Baby Boomer generation, according to a recent ""National Association of Realtors"":http://www.realtor.org (NAR) panel on marketing practices. VHT provides production, management, and distribution of visual content, specially designed for the real estate business - including photographs, video, multimedia tours, and Video on Demand television spots.
