A buyer's agent can submit offers to listing agents directly through the RES.NET platform for traditional, REO, and short sale transactions instead of mailing or faxing documents.

By initiating the transaction online through the company's new tool, agents can keep an archive of offers received and the relevant communications.

""The ability to post links gives agents ultimate control over the interaction by allowing them to manage negotiations and organize offers and counter offers in one, centralized location,"" said Todd Mobraten, COO and president of RES.NET. ""By engaging all parties online through a common platform, all documents and communications become electronic, and the paperless environment this creates results in a significant cost savings and faster closings.""

The Agent Portal is one of RES.NET's six, interconnected portals.

Based in Lake Forest, California, RES.NET provides software applications to connect real estate professionals and consumers.
