Ellie Mae's AllRegs Online enables lenders to confidently manufacture loans knowing they meet the latest investor requirements or state and federal statutes.

The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) announced a partnership with AllRegs Tuesday as part of an effort to offer a monthly index that measures mortgage credit availability. Dubbed the Mortgage Credit Availability Index (MCAI), the index calculates several factors related to borrower eligibility such as credit score, loan type, and loan-to-value ratio.

Poli Mortgage Group, Inc. and Norcom Mortgage recently announced they will be utilizing AllRegs, an information provider to the mortgage industry, to publish and maintain their library of mortgage underwriting guidelines.

Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative recently announced its partnership with AllRegs as the organization's newest preferred vendor. Lenders One is a national alliance of more than 150 independent mortgage bankers, correspondent lenders, and suppliers of mortgage products and services. The company says its newest arrangement with AllRegs will provide these members with compliance training programs and access to a central repository for single and multifamily underwriting and insuring guidelines.
