Continental REO Services announced the promotion of Tina Costello to title department manager.

Continental REO Services (CREO) recently appointed Beth Zink as closing coordinator. Zink joined CREO's closing department in 2009, where she assisted with large accounts including Chase and PHH Mortgage Corporation. Prior to her time with CREO, Zink worked for six years at St. Louis Financial Planners, Inc. as an assistant to the manager.

Continental REO has promoted Gina Gray to the position of closing coordinator. Gray has worked in the residential real estate industry for the last 10 years as a licensed agent, office manager, and a marketing and advertising coordinator. She joined Continental REO in October 2010. Gray has also served as a paralegal, an independent real estate transaction administrator, an agent branding consultant, and in marketing for a national pharmaceutical distributor.

Continental REO (CREO) recently named Chrystal Streicher to fill its newly-created lead auction specialist position. Streicher has nine years of industry experience, including more than four years with CREO. Streicher began her career at Netco as a title examiner, working her way up to title supervisor in just three years. She then served as a closing assistant for Southern Title Services in Nashville, Tennessee.

Katie Van Hook has been promoted to business development manager for Continental REO Services, Inc. She has four years' experience working as a closing coordinator for the company. Prior to joining Continental REO, Van Hook worked in closing and escrow positions for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Fidelity National Title Company. She also has experience in loan processing.
