DocuTech Corp. announced Wednesday that the company has signed 41 new clients, including a Top 25 lender, since the beginning of December 2011. leading loan origination software systems.

DocuTech Corp., a provider of compliance services for mortgage documents, has opened a new data center in Denver, Colorado. According to a statement from the Idaho-headquartered company, the data center signifies a conversion from physical servers to virtual machines (VM Ware) to improve business continuity and support continued growth, a move that was completed last month.

DocuTech Corp, an Idaho Falls, Idaho-based provider of compliance services and documentation technology for the mortgage industry, recently announced that it signed 25 new clients in the first two quarters of this year, marking 14 consecutive quarters of growth for the 19-year-old company. According to DocuTech, lenders look to the company for sophisticated, but not complicated, mortgage document tools that seamlessly integrate with existing loan origination systems, thus enabling mortgage professionals to generate documents locally.

Despite the continued struggles of the housing and mortgage markets, Idaho Falls, Idaho-based DocuTech Corp. finished 2009 with an increase in market penetration of more than 140 percent, the company announced Thursday. The mortgage document compliance company added 84 new customers last year and forged key partnership with loan origination software (LOS) providers to ensure a seamless connection with loan data and loan documents.
