The home is a donation from Chase.

Integra Group Real Estate, based in Tucson, Arizona, has partnered with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation to provide struggling homeowners with short sale consultations. Through the partnership, homeowners can get consultation, legal counsel, and assistance from a CPA when deciding if a short sale is the best route.

Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, a Wisconsin-headquartered mortgage banker, reached $3.94 billion in mortgage volume last year, its highest annual volume in the company's 15-year history. The total exceeds 2009's record volume of $3.35 billion. The company says its focus in 2011 is recruitment. It currently has more than 1,030 employees in 90 locations.

Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation announced Monday it will enter the wholesale market with select banks, credit unions, and brokers. Using its expertise in Federal Housing Administration (FHA), agency, and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) rural development lending, the retail lender plans to build a national wholesale platform, funding third-party originations through fulfillment, broker, and correspondent business lines.
