Gateway First Bank announced Natalia Coen as its new Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Coen is responsible for planning, developing and managing the execution of a compliance management system and any related initiatives.

Buckley will be responsible for driving implementation, operationalization and ongoing delivery of Gateway’s digital channel strategy.

Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC, announced Joe Siegel as its Chief Banking Officer. In this role, Siegel is responsible for executive oversight of the company’s Commercial, Consumer, and Specialty Lending activities in addition to Retail Banking services.

In his new role as VP of Agency Relations, Harrison will be responsible for managing relationships with Gateway’s most consequential investors, government and industry partners.

As CFO Treece will oversee all aspects of the company’s finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, accounting operations, funding, deposit operations, and asset liability management.

As part of its initiative to expand the leadership team and focus on continued growth, the company hired Steven Patrick as its new Chief Risk Officer.
