IndiSoft announced Wednesday that HomeFree-USA has selected the company's RxOffice Premium Counselor Edition as the case management system for HomeFree's counselors.

RxOffice Inc. announced Tuesday that it has made available its RxOffice Project portal for Android-using customers of sister company IndiSoft.

IndiSoft announced Tuesday that the company has enhanced its RxOffice Premium Counselor Edition. The updated module has been approved by HUD to meet the reporting requirements of agencies participating in its Housing Counseling Program. It was created to address the surge in the number of homeowners needing counseling to make informed housing decisions, and gives counseling agencies a scalable and flexible web-based case management tool to manage their internal business operations.

IndiSoft, a technology development firm that focuses on systems for the default services industry, recently announced that Earl Devaney has joined its advisory board. Devaney recently retired from the federal government after 41 years, most recently as President Obama's choice to oversee the distribution of the $787 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 stimulus plan.

IndiSoft, a technology development firm that focuses on systems for the default services industry, has promoted Kapil Dhakad from project manager to VP of custom solutions. Dhakad is now responsible for ensuring that product configurations are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Dhakad joined IndiSoft in 2004 as a team leader and spearheaded implementing the company's flagship RxOffice platform for several clients. He became project manager in 2007.

HOPE LoanPort recently announced that the organization has now registered over 3,000 HUD-certified, nonprofit housing counselors in a little over a year of full operation. Counselors from more than 630 organizations in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico are now using the system to assist struggling homeowners. HOPE LoanPort is also upgrading its technology to comply with the Federal Housing Finance Agency's new guidelines for managing the GSEs' delinquent loans.

Default technology provider IndiSoft has partnered with Hosting.com, a provider of cloud hosting and recovery services, to provide guaranteed, consistent compliance and SaaS integration services for IndiSoft clients. IndiSoft will refer its clients to Hosting.com for compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions. IndiSoft says the collaboration will allow it to effectively manage clients technology needs so they can focus on their core business.

IndiSoft announced Tuesday that its workflow technology now assists housing counseling agencies with internal operations and communications. Housing counselors provide consumers with advice on housing options as well as information regarding defaults, foreclosures, and credit issues. IndiSoft explained that its RxOffice Premium Counselor Edition provides case and document management features customized for counselors and allows them to more effectively communicate with both financially troubled consumers and servicers.

RxOffice, a default management technology platform from IndiSoft, was recently enhanced to meet the updated Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) eligibility rules and forms, such as the Dodd-Frank affidavit. Specifically, the RxOffice short sale module supports the capture of data needed to execute either a HAFA or traditional short sale.
