The LOGS Network, a centrally-managed network of professionals that includes attorneys, trustees, title personnel, and collection staff who represent the mortgage servicing and consumer credit industries, has announced the hiring of Richards Smith as chief financial officer.

Cloud-based data exchange provider NetDirector, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, has announced the launch of an integration with the Default Managing Reporting System (DMRS) of Fannie Mae, according to an announcement from NetDirector.

Minneapolis-based law firm Shapiro & Zielke, LLP, and its affiliated company, First Financial Title Agency of Minnesota, recently completed their Ninth Annual White Christmas Fundraiser, which raised $10,000 for local Minneapolis charity 360 Communities.

LOGS Network announced Wednesday that it has made a strategic addition to its leadership team with the addition of Scott Brinkley as the organization's new CEO. Before joining LOGS, Brinkley held executive positions for two decades with First American and CoreLogic. He also co-founded a large claims processing business and most recently was CEO of the Illinois foreclosure law firm Pierce and Associates.

LOGS Network recently announced a name change for its network law firm serving the state of Missouri. The firm's new moniker is Shapiro & Kreisman, LC. In addition, LOGS said Shapiro & Kreisman has named 20-year-plus legal veteran John G. Forsythe as its new managing attorney.
