A new technology company has launched in Michigan with the goal of providing world-class information technology (IT) services to highly regulated industries nationwide. Founded by what used to be the IT staff at National Default Exchange (NDeX), assured360 fully owns and operates two geographically diverse Tier 3 data centers: one in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and the other in Carrollton, Texas.

The Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel family of law firms has reacquired National Default Exchange (NDeX), NDeX Title, and NDeX West from the Dolan Company. The deal puts the law firms of the BDF Law Group in direct and complete control over their entire operations. Dolan's decision to shed the NDeX assets is in line with the company's plans to move into specialized business technology for law firms and away from business processing and back office services.

President of NDeX West Chris Pummill was appointed to serve as chair of the United Trustees Association (UTA ) education committee.

National Default Exchange selected John Smith to lead the company as chief operating officer (COO).

Michigan-based NDeX, a provider of technology and processing services for default servicing law firms nationwide, appointed Margaret S. Feskorn as its new SVP of Michigan foreclosure operations. Feskorn will work directly with EVP Richard Geary, who is responsible for the management of all Michigan non-legal foreclosure staff and their processes.
