REO Allegiance, a national property preservation firm, recently announced that its president and CEO Lisa Sadaoui has been nominated and selected as a Leading Woman Entrepreneur and Business Owner of New Jersey by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Nominees were selected for the award based on innovation, market potential, community involvement, and advocacy for women.

REO Allegiance, a national property preservation firm headquartered in Bayonne, New Jersey, announced this week that it has been chosen as a premier inspection service provider for Atlas REO Services which is based in California and provides customized REO management and disposition services for lenders and servicers. The new program goes well beyond the services traditionally offered by asset management firms, according to the two companies, and saves clients time and money by putting properties back on the market faster.

REO Allegiance, a national property preservation and eviction services firm headquartered, now offers custom smartphone applications for property preservation contractors. Field services contractors can view work orders, check company communications, submit updates and bids, take and upload photos, and complete and submit documents directly to REO Allegiance while in the field. Contractors can also navigate and plan routes.

REO Allegiance has been selected by 24 Asset Management Corp. as one of its property preservation and field services partners. The company says the decision was made based on the quality of the work provided by REO Allegiance, its reputation in the marketplace, and its status as a certified woman-owned business. According to 24 Asset, less than 5 percent of default-related services are going back to minority- and woman-owned businesses, and both companies agree that with large volumes of these assets concentrated in diverse populations, the involvement of such companies is essential to supporting redevelopment.

REO Allegiance, a national property preservation and eviction field services firm based in New Jersey, has hired Brian Daily to serve as VP of business development. Daily joins REO Allegiance with over 25 years of executive level experience throughout the mortgage industry spanning origination, servicing, and default management, including 15 years with Bank of America.
