StreetLinks Lender Solutions announced the launch of AppraiserPlus program, which it says will allow appraisers to work more efficiently and receive payments the same day properties are inspected.

StreetLinks Lender Solutions LLC has both a new division and a new product to show off. The Indiana-based valuation services and lending technology firm announced the launch of both its Automated Examination and Valuation Division and its new suite of Quality Examination (QX) products.

StreetLinks Lender Solutions has expanded its executive sales staff to accommodate the company's growing nationwide base of lender and appraiser partners. Shane Martin joins as VP of national sales, Tony Gioia assumes the role of VP of national external sales, Mark Tague has been tapped as assistant VP of national sales for LenderX, Joel Munn also steps into the role of assistant VP of national sales, and Geoffrey Helmen is StreetLinks' newest national account manager.

StreetLinks Lender Solutions has announced the launch of StreetLinks LVR, a new liquidation valuation report developed for mortgage servicers and asset management firms which is compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). LVRs are performed by StreetLinks' nationwide panel of licensed appraisers, taking into account property condition, comparables, and local market trends. The company says its approach will provide an objective analysis of a distressed property's liquidation price within a 90-day marketing window.

StreetLinks Lender Solutions says the company can ensure compliance with phase one of the Uniform Mortgage Data Program (UMDP) for appraisals ordered through both its full-service AMC solution, LenderPlus, and self-managed appraisal software platform, LenderX. All appraisals on loans destined for Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac are now required to comply with new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) requirements. StreetLinks requires that appraisers provide their assessments in the UAD-compliant format.
