Valuation Partners, a national appraisal management company, has hired Clint Reinhardt as VP and national account executive. Reinhardt brings more than 25 years of appraisal, mortgage banking, and settlement services experience to the company, as well as sales leadership and knowledge of credit, flood, and automated valuation products and services. Reinhardt will be responsible for broadening Valuation Partners' reach in the central United States.

Collateral Analytics, a provider of automated valuation models (AVMs) and real estate analytic tools for the mortgage lending industry, and Valuation Partners, a national real estate valuations provider, recently announced a partnership venture. The move will improve Valuation Partners' current hybrid valuation solutions, according to a statement from the companies.

Former First American and Chicago Title executive Dawn Svedberg has joined Valuation Partners, a Texas-headquartered national appraisal management company, as VP and national account executive. With more than 24 years of appraisal and mortgage industry experience, Svedberg is responsible for broadening the company's sales reach in the western United States.
