Patricia L. Johnson has joined law firm Gerner & Kearns Co., L.P.A., as an associate attorney in the Default Practices Group, according to an announcement from Gerner Law.
Johnson's practice with Gerner will focus on creditor's rights, including foreclosure and bankruptcy, and her background also includes examination of title and residential real estate transactions.
Her past positions before joining Gerner include serving as an associate attorney for the firms Nielson & Sherry, PSC and Lerner Sampson & Rothfuss, L.P.A.
Johnson received a BA degree from Northern Kentucky University and a Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She was licensed as an attorney in 2001 and she currently has professional licenses in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana; U.S. District Courts in the Eastern District of Kentucky, Western District of Kentucky, Northern District of Indiana, Southern District of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, the Salmon P. Chase Inn of Court, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Indiana Bar Association.
