Ed Delgado has more than 25 years of experience in mortgage banking and is recognized as a thought leader and innovator in the industry. Delgado has hosted discussions with global leaders including former U.S. Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, and U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. He was previously COO of Wingspan Portfolio Advisors and SVP of Government and Industry Relations for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where he represented the bank in D.C. before the administration, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Federal Reserve, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and Congress. He also spent nine years in leadership roles at Freddie Mac.
Rachel Williams, Editor-in-Chief, DS News
Rachel Williams attended Texas Christian University (TCU), where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual Bachelor of Arts in English and History. Williams is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, widely recognized as the nation’s most prestigious honor society. Subsequent to graduating from TCU, Williams joined the Five Star Institute as an Editorial Intern, advancing to Staff Writer, Associate Editor, and is currently the Editor-in-Chief and Head of Corporate Communications. Radhika Ojha is a graduate of the University of Pune, India, where she received her B.A. in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and Marketing and an M.A. in Mass Communication.
