Kyle M. Seay began his career at Potestivo & Associates, P.C. in April 2008 as a law clerk in the firm’s Litigation Department. His extensive legal research and writing skills allowed him to meet the firm’s extremely high standards in the many facets of civil litigation. After passing the bar, Seay joined the firm’s Landlord/Tenant Department where he has found his niche representing clients in landlord/tenant and judicial foreclosure cases. He currently serves as the Landlord/Tenant Department’s Supervising Attorney. After graduating from Michigan State University, Seay moved to Southern California where he attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. During the summer semesters, Seay returned to Michigan and completed two successful judicial clerkships. One of these clerkships in particular, was with the office of then Chief Macomb County Circuit Judge, Antonio P. Viviano. Seay also participated in a study abroad program, hosted by the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and Hofstra Law schools. In this program, he studied under United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the University of Nice Law School in Nice, France.
