The First American Corporation announced that Michael A. Rasic has been named vice president, director of SEC reporting; David L. Ruhm, chief actuary; and Mark E. Seaton, director of investor relations.

FIS Field Services, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Information Services, and Dimont & Associates, an insurance claims recovery firm, have announced their strategic partnership. Together, both companies will market and deliver their services to financial institutions, allowing them to package products in a bundled service and offer clients a one-stop shop.
