Malcolm Cisneros, a law corporation, announced that Dale Martin has associated with the firm, and will help augment the existing areas of expertise as part of the firm's real estate transactions and compliance practice group.
Martin is a real estate broker and associate professor of law at Cal-State University – Fullerton. His areas of practice include: commercial and residential real estate, financial institutions, consumer regulatory matters, business enterprises, franchise investment law, and non-profit organizations.
Martin has represented businesses and consumers in litigation including matters in the California Appellate Courts, served as Senior Attorney for the FDIC, and served as corporate counsel for both banks and mortgage lenders.
Additionally, Martin has served as a panel attorney for the California Association of Realtors and as a speaker at the California State Bar and Orange County Bar Association seminars, speaking on subjects such as banking compliance, lending, real estate, and related topics.
He is a member of the California State Bar Real Estate Section.
